Mother is not just an archetype or a title. She is a state of being that lives within all women from being cracked opened by life. Mother is a call home to our fullest expression ~ to live in service to all of life through our love.
She is the one carrying more than she was ever meant to hold alone.
The modern mother lives stretched thin, poured out, and rarely poured into. This is why the path of the Embodied Mother is a return.
A return to deep self-nourishment. A return to tending to her Yin so deeply that it overflows.
The Mother lives within all women ~ and she's waiting for you to come into contact with her.
She is the woman who has emerged out of the wounded maiden and no longer lives from the need to control, chase, or prove.
When the body is depleted, guarded, or in survival, you cannot hold life in a way that feels good for long. Inside of Breast & Bone, you will learn about the female nervous system and the healing capacity of this simple work.
